Some know me as a Professional bodybuilder. Some know me as the woman who loves a horse named Horse.
Both are true — but there’s more to my story.

I’m a survivor of domestic abuse, addiction, and depression, and—believe it or not—I’m grateful for these experiences. They led me here, guiding me toward my true purpose: supporting others in their own journeys.

I’m a lover of plant medicines and a student of Mother Earth. I’ve sat with Ayahuasca, Mushrooms, and other Master Plants from the Amazon. I am a Chakaruna (Bridge Person) and carry Chumpis Stone Medicine, having been initiated by the Paqos (shamans) of Peru.

On this path, I’ve discovered the sacred power of Pachamama, Ecstatic Dance, Reiki, and Sound  — practices that helped me reconnect with my body and find peace within.

I’m passionate about these ancient medicines. They saved me when nothing else could. Now, I’m called to offer them to others.
